Note: Make sure you are signed into the Ancestry account where you want to apply the gift card balance.

Redeeming gift cards

Here's how to add the funds from your gift card balance to your account.

To redeem your gift:

1. Go to https://www.ancestry.com/redeem (you'll be asked to sign in or create a free account).
2. Select Add gift card.
3. Enter your PIN and click Redeem gift card. (Once your gift card is redeemed, all the available funds will be transferred and you no longer need the physical card).

Once you redeem your gift card, you can go to Payment management in your Account to check your balance and see any unused funds.
